The Chicago duo,1773, has followed up with a 2nd full length album for 2021 titled "As Above". Much like their previous works, As Above has a sonic foundation of timeless, organic, feel good hip hop production by fellow Chicago producer Joe Tyse. Lyrically, Jay Nagoma & Wisdm Uno took a deeper dive into more personal subjects, such as fatherhood & relationships, while still incorporating a combination of lively, playful, and bar heavy songs as well. As Above is an album full of substance, head nod rhythms, and wordplay that all fans of hip hop can feel.
